If you have a concern about the practice or conduct of a member of ATCMANS you can submit a complaint in the following ways :

By mail to the address listed on the contact page
If submitting by e-mail or mail, please ensure your complaint contains the following information:
The name of the member and their registration number if you know it
A description of your concerns
The date(s) of the incident(s) or treatment(s).
Your name, address and telephone number
Number where you can be reached during the normal workday.
Any other information or documents you feel is pertinent to the complaint.
Once received, the complaint will be submitted to the Disciplinary Committee for review and investigation. A member of the committee will be in touch with you throughout the process. Please know we take all complaints/concerns given to us seriously.
